Awesome after hours emergency service by Rich who got us working heat for the weekend. Followed up with excellent customer service by Rhonda, who moved the schedule around to make times work for our family schedule, to get the permanent fix scheduled. Lastly was Eddie, who was so patient and thorough in explaining what the issue was, how he was fixing it, and what to watch out for in the future. He also installed a thermostat for us and explained how to program it as well as any issues we might have with compatibility with our steam system. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. Would recommend them to all my friends and trust them with any issues we may have in the future. THANK YOU for having such a fantastic team.

I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again. The emergency service was prompt, successful and performed by a charming young man. I can recommend C and T 100% because service like theirs is exceptional.

Carl Tonucci has a very unpleasant disposition. Worked with this company for two years. His engineer takes off on us and then they drop our project because they clearly dont know what they are doing. Carl called me "stupid" during a telephone conversation. Anyone would be in dealing with him.

I was very unhappy with Cardone and Tonucci. I own a business that requires the use of hot water. The hot water tank AOL SMITH was installed by Cardone and Tonucci in 2012. This very expensive water heater is located outside in our mechanical room. However, we have had nothing but problems. I have had no hot water and no water at all. I need the water to run my business.It has been a nightmare to deal with them. Cardone has even suggested ,I call a local plumber. Now,I have a lemon water tank that is extremely tempermental. Cardone does not want anything to do with us.. Extremely UNHAPPY and do not reccomend them. I rate them 0....
